This past weekend, the UK’s 11th Annual Crepe City took place within the sweltering Old Truman Brewery in Shoreditch. The London sneaker festival is a celebration of all things under the banner of the training shoe. Part brand trade show, part curation of some of the most impressive and diverse shoe collections in the country; it’s a place to barter for the rarest deadstock with small time resellers, pick up some affiliated merch from up-and-coming streetwear labels or (for better or worse) simply gawp at a pair of Yeezy Red Octobers through a plexiglass cube.
For those that understand, it’s a candyland. For everyone else unmoved by rare trainers it’s boiling hot 23,000 sq ft Footlocker/Size?. The Daily Street were on the scene to capture the atmosphere…
