It’s Friday, and all we feel like doing is stuffing our face full of sweet potato fries, because we damn well earnt them. But before you throw a week’s worth of work-outs out the window in a moment of weakness we’ve found some delicious eats that are, like, only a little bit bad for you.
BREAKFAST: Peanut Butter Caramel Ice-cream

What a better way to ‘treat yo self’ than ice cream for breakfast, and this one is made from just Banana, Coconut Milk and Vanilla Extract. Even better, the Vanilla Crumble is make from primarily dates. To be honest we’re probably going to put chocolate syrup all over this and make our selves and Reese’s Peanut Butter Sundae. #cleaneating
LUNCH: Baked Avocado Fries

That’s right. Avocado. Fries. We’d never seen these before either but, let me tell you, they will start to become a daily occurrence on our plate. They’re super easy to make, and super delicious. These fries sort of look like crunchy chicken wings, but they’re avocado so it’s healthy…right????
SNACK: Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies
At this point in the day, I’m sure you, like us, have given up on ‘healthy’ eating and want some cookies. Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies. I mean, these ones are dairy free, so they’re slightly better than a few alternatives. Be warned, this recipe makes a lot, you made need a new baking tray.
DRINKS: Blueberry Mojito
Now it’s time for drinks, and we’re going all out with the Blueberry Mojito. This drink is not only delish, it’s honestly so refreshing and the perfect way to end a day of indulgent eating. Best enjoyed with tapas and some cheeky sweet potato fries. TIP: You’ll need a cocktail shaker for this one.
