The Effort in Effortless

marchesa Spring SS15

Lived-in and care-free hair were key trends in nearly every SS15 show. Although we’re more than happy with this relaxed styling compared to a skilled bouncy blow dry, we’re very aware that effort still goes into effortless hair.

To leave your hair as natural as possible, without any other distractions, you need it to be in the best condition possible. The key is deep nourishment to avoid split ends and dull lifeless locks. The first essential step is to use a good quality, weekly hair mask for a regular hydration boost. For some daily nourishment, a hair oil can be applied to dry or wet, make sure you concentrate on the ends and avoid over-loading. To finish your style, add texture to just-washed hair with a light spritz of a texturing spray. See below for our product suggestions.
